- Quiet Hours: To maintain a peaceful atmosphere, we kindly request that guests observe quiet hours between 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM. Please be considerate of the neighbors and owners during these times.
-No Unregistered Overnight Guests: Only registered guests are permitted to stay overnight. For security reasons and to comply with local regulations, please inform us in advance of any additional guests joining your reservation.
-No Parties: Our vacation rental is located in a residential neighborhood, and we kindly request that guests refrain from hosting parties or events on the premises. Please be respectful of the peaceful environment.

Rates & Availability
Cancellation Policy: Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges (less $75.00 taxable cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 28 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 28 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.

About the Owner
Scarlett is an experienced vacation rental host and real estate agent. Originally from a small town in West Tennessee - Henderson, she moved to Middle Tennessee to attend MTSU, fell in love with the area and chose to stay! She enjoys exploring the area, traveling, and meeting new people. Scarlett will be co-managing this unit alongside Jeff and Lisa. Jeff and Lisa own the home, along with their sweet dog - Winnie! They have resided here since 1997 and have loved seeing the area grow and change over the years. Lucky for you, they recently renovated the space in the event their elderly parents had to move in with them. Jeff enjoys cycling.... Lisa enjoys.... If you happen to see them aroud, be sure to say Hi and ask for some local recommendations. Don't forget to give Winnie a pet!
